Level;(For improver beginners to advanced)
Class Content;This unique class will utilize fundamental dance techniques from contemporary, samba and salsa to help you achieve total body control. The class will cover flexibility and strengthening exercises, work on inner core, as well as vital techniques such as spins, rhythm and agility and body isolations. The class is a boot camp for passionate dancers wanting to jump to the next level.
The class will finish up each week for the last thirty minutes with an Element Dance style choreography using a combination of the style and movement that we at Element Dance love.
Wear comfortable clothes (ideally tight to see your lines, and bring flat soled shoes- eg ballet or jazz shoes (no heels). [ Less ]
